Split Your Rent with Flex
Use Flex to pay only 50% of your rent by the 1st of the month. By partnering with Flex you pay rent on two or three payments through the month. Residents must pre-qualify and have a $0.00 balance to apply. Last day to apply is the 3rd of each month for rent payments approved for the same month.
AutoPay Feature
The resident portal has an automatic payment feature to help you schedule your rent payments every month and avoid late payments.
Resident Referal Program

Other Features
Through our resident portal, enjoy access to submit work orders, review your lease documents, communicate with our team, and review any events/activity.
Submit a Work Order
Need to request a new AC Filter or report a work order, use the resident portal –> work orders –> take a picture –> add details.
Send a Message
Through the resident portal you can send emails and texts to the property team regarding anything about your lease contract or property amenities. The best thing, it’s all tracked within the system.
Review Documents
Download a copy of your lease. Upload a new pet vaccine report or a new renter’s insurance policy.
